Sructure Instruction
UV coating------UV coating layer has high content of nanosized ceramic particles,
which improve the surface hardness and scratch resistance.

PVC Bottom Layer------The bottom layer is same as the top layer.It balances the
the stress generated by the different expansion rate between top layer and middle
layer,keeping the flooring flat.Top and bottom layer together make the flooring more
tensile and hard to break.
Foam Buffer Layer------Base layer is soft virgin PVC material. It is a good sound
suppressant , also helps to smooth out minor subfloor imperfections while adding
